PAVA Meeting Minutes
January 21, 2009 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Susan Gehring opened meeting and led discussions about:
Introductions of all present.
One day show at Flagship Bank on 3/21. Set up your own environment. display space for about 30 artists available.
Eckerd Hall show in June, July, August; will be juried because of space limitations.
Cool Art is on July 18 and 19, our 21st year, will be setting up website for it. Also, dinner like last summer's will be continued.
Educational support: doing research on ways to give back to the community.
Left over T-shirts will be offered for sale at reduced prices.
Next month's meeting (February 18 at 7:00 p.m.) will be a party at Ernie Simmons' studio; bring snacks and drinks.
Membership renewals are due now.
Introduction of guest speaker, Sally Lindberg.
