PAVA Meeting Minutes
January 20, 2010 7:00 - 8:10 p.m.

PAVA Administrator ... :

1. President Susan Gehring opened and introduced new and old Board members.
2. Discussion about Cool Art show, need for volunteers and two new chairmen for Publicity and Volunteers committees.
3. Ruth Eckerd Hall show for selected artists will be September, October, November 2010. Six people will be chosen by last year's six artists; juried submissions will be done by email.
4. Barbara Hanson, Administrator, discussed: look for PAVA emails, which always say PAVA in subject line. Time for membership renewal: forms can be mailed in; membership has to be in before anyone can be in PAVA shows from now on.
5. Lorraine Potocki presented last session of series "I Do Great Art ... Now What?" on creating a business plan.
