PAVA Board Meeting Munutes
January 20, 2010  

6:30 - 7:00 p.m.

In Attendance: Susan Rollins Gehring, Barbara Hanson, Jenna Star Friedman, Debra Weible, George Trimitsis, Veronica Stewart

1. President Susan Gehring opened and introduced new Board members Weible, Trimitsis, and Stewart.
2. Discussions involving need for more Board members; revising By-Laws; new By-Law committee includes Brooke Allison, George Trimitsis, Barbara Hanson, and Susan Gehring.
3. Cool Art Show: need Chairs for Publicity Committee and Volunteer Committee. The Cool Show will be co-chaired by Susan, Barbara, Connie, and Ronnie.
4. Ruth Eckerd Hall exhibit: Susan has asked the previous year's six exhibitors to curate the show; jury submissions and select the next six people. PAVA is underwriting the cost.
5. Need for more volunteers in general and more members to get involved in PAVA functions.
6. Discussion of 501c3 and need to get started on this
