This is a judged show and prizes will be given out during the reception September  27th.

All PAVA members may submit work for this exhibition.

DATE OF DELIVERY: Saturday, Sept. 15, 10am – 12pm
SUBMISSION: 1 piece per artist
ENTRY FEE: $10 and the signed release form
PICKUP: Sunday, October 28th, 1pm – 3pm
RECEPTION: Thursday September 27th, 6pm – 8pm

***PLEASE NOTE: The Leepa-Rattner Artists’ Market is scheduled for October 13th & 14th. Any PAVA artwork sold on those two days is subject to a 40% commission. There is no commission for the remainder of the exhibit. Keep this in mind when pricing your items.

1. Email to with PAVA MEMBERS’ EXHIBIT in the subject line, the title of your work, medium, size, price, your name and contact phone number NO LATER THAN September 9th. Labels have to printed prior to delivery of work, and I will be out of town for several days prior to the exhibit, so it’s important to observe the deadline. Leepa-Rattner will not accept last minute handwritten labels.
2. Bring the $10 CASH entry fee and signed release form when you deliver your work.
3. If you are unable to deliver your work on Sept. 15th or pick up on Oct. 28th, please make arrangements with another artist to do so.
**Work can also be mailed to the PAVA post office box. Contact the PAVA Administrator for additional info or to make arrangements.
We ask that you send images of your submission for possible publicity use by September 1st, however we cannot guarantee their use. Please be sure to include PAVA Members’ Exhibit in the subject line.

2 – D Works:

Work must be no wider than 36 inches.
Pieces must be submitted in a ready to hang condition: properly framed and wired, clean and in good repair. No saw tooth hangers. Subject matter should be appropriate for the venue. Personnel cannot dust or adjust the work, nor repair broken frames or hanging wire.

Any work that doesn’t comply with the above requests can not be accepted.

3- D Works & Jewelry:

**Unfortunately, there are no provisions for jewelry in this exhibit.
There is a limited amount of space for 3-D items and they will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Pedestals will be available. Items will not be under cover, so please keep that in mind when submitting.

Artists Release Form – Please sign and include when you bring your work


This statement must be read, signed, dated and returned to the Leepa-Rattner 

Museum of Art before any actions may be taken with said rental.

This form is a Waiver of Liability by the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, Inc. and St. 

Petersburg College for members of PAVA (Professional Association of Visual Artists) 

as a rental of the Fine Art Auditorium for the purposes of an exhibition. This waiver

releases any responsibility of the Museum and College for loss/theft or damage of

artwork, supplies, personal articles and/or bodily injury sustained while on the premises

or while participating in this exhibition.

Further, the undersigned hereby holds the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, Inc., its

directors, officers, employees and volunteers, St. Petersburg College, its trustees, officers,

employees and persons acting on its behalf, harmless from the above listed conditions.

The Museum and College accept no fiscal responsibility to provide additional insurance

for this rental and are to be held harmless for any theft or damage through an act of God,

or third person.  Beyond this the Museum and College will act in professional accordance

with standard operating procedures for the protection of patrons utilizing the facilities of

St. Petersburg College.
