The Professional Association of Visual Artists is managed by an all volunteer board of governors, that includes 4 officers and up to 7 members at large. The board manages to a set of by-laws published in accordance with state and local government regulations of 501C3 non-profit organizations.
Currently serving on the board are:
Officers: Linda Stump - President, Bob Richardson - Vice President, Mark A. Lembo - Secretary, Barbara Ott - Treasurer.
Members at large: Maria Costa, Melissa Miller Nece, Christina Paluszek-McClure and Marilynne Wasielewski.
