Reception starts immediately following the church service on Sunday a.m. Octagon advises that most patrons attend for the initial hour or more.

You are not required to attend church to participate in the reception,

all work must be in good condition and meet the approval of the Octagon and PAVA representatives on site at drop off.

RECEPTION OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. AWARDS AND PRIZE MONEY TO BE DISTRIBUTED.

Please pick up any unsold work at this time. If you can’t make it, have a friend or relative pick up for you. PAVA will not transport or store your work. Unclaimed work will be disposed of.

ARTISTS MAY EXHCANGE OR REFRESH THEIR LARGER SHOWCASE ITEMS IN PREPARATION FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF THE EXHIBIT AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.

MODERATE AND SMALL ITEMS MUST REMAIN IN PLACE FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXHIBIT.

Artists who have been selected to participate in the Largo Library Exhibit will be notified via email. Please read carefully as some or all of your work may be included in the exhibit.

In the event any accepted artists to the Cool Art Show 2023 decline to participate, their booth spaces will be released to the next person on the wait list. An email invoice will be sent to the wait list artist, with 7 days to accept and pay.

Notifications of acceptance / wait list / not invited status for Cool Art Show 2023 will be sent via automated email on this morning. Email will be in the form of an invoice that can be paid online using a credit or debit card. CHECK PAYMENTS MUST REACH US BY THE PAY DATE

Deadline to accept and pay the fees is June 2nd.
